Thomas offers a thoughtful, empathetic, and empowering approach to therapy. With experience working across a wide range of mental health needs, he helps individuals and families find direction in even the most difficult circumstances. Thomas works collaboratively with his clients at a pace that is right for them. He helps clients process the past, find stability in the present, and take meaningful steps toward planning the future.
Thomas often works with people facing depression, anxiety, PTSD, and recovery from abuse. He also has experience supporting parents of teens in crisis, career counseling, addressing spiritual or religious trauma, and working with neurodivergent teens and adults.
A graduate of Fuller School of Psychology and Marriage and Family Therapy, he draws from emotion-focused therapy (EFT), solution-focused therapy (SFT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), and family systems theory.
Thomas is working under the supervision of April DeHiges, LMFT.
