Elizabeth Lara, ACSW, is a registered Associate Clinical Social Worker. She obtained her Master of Social degree from the University of Southern California. Elizabeth has worked with a wide array of individuals of various ages, cultures, genders and backgrounds. Her experience working in school districts as a school-based therapist has given her insight with working with both children and teens. She has experience working with both adults and. children with adjustments/transitions, anxiety, depression, trauma and grief. Elizabeth believes in a strength-based approach and has a passion for helping clients find empowerment within themselves. She strives to allow her clients to reach their full potential in treatment by being empathetic and compassionate. Elizabeth helps her clients develop skills within themselves to manage the situations or transitions that they are facing.
Elizabeth is working under the supervision of Ellen Bradley-Windell, LCSW.
