Alizah is a Registered Associate Clinical Social Worker who works collaboratively with individuals, couples, and families to navigate emotional and relational challenges. Her clinical background includes providing trauma-informed, strengths-based, and culturally responsive care to clients experiencing trauma and trauma-related concerns, anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, family conflict, life transitions, and academic and life stressors. She incorporates evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), DBT-informed interventions, and Motivational Interviewing (MI), to help clients develop greater self-awareness, strengthen emotional regulation, improve communication, build effective coping skills, and foster healthier relationships.

Alizah is passionate about supporting individuals, couples, and families from diverse backgrounds by providing compassionate, client-centered care that honors each person’s unique experiences, values, and goals. She strives to create a supportive, collaborative space where clients can strengthen relationships, navigate conflict, and work toward meaningful, lasting change. She earned her Master of Social Work from the University of Southern California and provides in-person and telehealth therapy services at the Valencia, CA location.
