Gina Collins, LMFT, is a compassionate and experienced Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist dedicated to helping individuals, couples, and families navigate their mental health journey. With a strong background in anxiety, depression, trauma, and premarital counseling, Gina provides a safe and supportive environment where clients can explore their challenges and discover effective strategies for healing and personal growth.

Gina is an EMDRIA Certified Therapist™ and incorporates Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), an evidence-based approach, to support clients in building resilience, reducing emotional distress, and moving toward lasting change. She has found EMDR to be highly effective in her work, particularly with clients processing trauma or high-impact life experiences. Her style is warm, collaborative, and grounded in each client’s unique strengths and goals.

As a U.S. Army veteran with nine years of service and multiple overseas deployments, Gina brings a deep sense of understanding and connection to her work with veterans, first responders, and others in high-stress professions. She also has a passion for working with Christian individuals seeking faith-based counseling. By combining professional expertise with lived experience, Gina helps clients feel seen, supported, and empowered to lead more fulfilling lives.
