Our Lady of Perpetual Help hosted its annual Health and Wellness Fair for Santa Clarita residents, offering free ultrasounds, flu shots, and wellness resources.
Among the participants was April De Higes, CEO and therapist at Valencia Relationship Institute, who highlighted the importance of mental health awareness and community support. “Everybody needs help at some point in their life,” De Higes said.
